FASOLIȚA: A MOLDOVAN DELIGHT FOR THE FASTING SEASON
Fasoliță — white bean dip, topped with cold fried onions, is one of the favourite recipes of Moldovans during the fasting season. The dip is very nutritional and is a good meat replacement for those who choose to eat less of it, like my family.
