These pancakes made with homemade cottage cheese will melt in your mouth. Serve them hot, with tea or coffee, jam, honey or sour cream.
Crush down the cottage cheese with a fork, season with salt and sugar;
Add the eggs and blend until smooth.
Add the flour and mix well. You can also use a handful of raisins, thoroughly washed in advance.
Take a small amount of the dough and shape it in a small pancake.
Coat each pancake in flour and fry on both sides until golden. Serve right away with a delicious sour cream and honey dressing.
